たいていのことは上司に相談すると面倒になるだけなので、とりあえずやってしまって失敗して怒られたら謝る、っていうスタンスの方が、ずっと少ない労力で、沢山の挑戦ができる。報告と連絡は大事だけど、相談はあんまりしすぎない方がいい。自分の判断のみを信じる、というリスクテイクもわりと重要。
